Tips and tricks to Keep Your Body Looking Good For All Seasons

Winter season just passed and we have been working very hard to lose those extra pounds from the Holidays and proudly display these slender and shapely bodies. The result of months of training not only in our food, but also in the exercise habits that we have implemented, and here is the fabulous result, which makes us feel triumphants and ready to get rid of how much clothing we can in this summer.

....But now what? What do we do to keep our body LIKE THIS for the rest of the year? We can almost hear our minds saying: Keep this slender body just like that!

Well, here I am going to mention some tips that you will be able to apply for stopping so much effort and continue showing up the body - that with so much effort you have built - throughout the whole year.

But first things first. Let's start by mentioning that losing weight depends on several factors and the first is to learn about (and obviously you have already heard mention it) that our metabolism plays an important role in weight loss. Genetics is something that we cannot hide, but certainly we can shape. Some of us have the ability to lose extra pounds with lightning speed, while others will be forever trying to do WHATEVER it is to stop viewing those wraps in the waist. This means that if in your family there is a tendency to accumulate as soon as food enters the mouth, you'll require an extra effort to achieve your goal. But without being discouraged - because you already look phenomenal  in front of the mirror now right? - we must follow a daily routine to help us keep this body in good shape.

Keep paying attention of what you get to your mouth!

This diet or that eternal habit of combining food properly to get the necessary nutrients and not vanished in the attempt (not to say in the middle of the street) let me tell you that it has to continue.

Yes, such a diet or healthy way to eat must follow its course. Why? Because our body is very wise  and if we start to change our eating habits often from good, to not so good or to bad, we will be sending of short circuit information to our body. It doesn't understand abrupt changes and you will probably end up creating a chaos (or possibly a clinical condition of risk) BE careful!

So to keep you in the slender lines throughout the year would require a little more than your strength of will (that you've already heard thousands of times also right!).  It normally takes 4 weeks to ingrain a habit, which leads me to the conclusion that the worst has passed, and now you are at the peak of the iceberg for what it should no longer be so difficult to keep the new feeding habits, nor that exercise routine, if you want to continue seeing the good figure in the mirror.

So here we go with some tips to help you not to weaken:

* Remember the importance of consuming a lot of liquids. If you are not fond of the water, you can  disguise it you can do mixes of fresh fruits (what is very 'In' these days) and introduce them in your bottle of water on your way to work for example and refill it with new water as it's necessary.
Another good alternative to the fruit-water is the habit consuming green juices.  Green Juices are an excellent source of nutrients combined in one glass, if you can get the habit of taking a few minutes in preparing a green juice before going to work, or to your daily activities, you will be noticing the benefits immediately. Be sure of including as many green vegetables as you can and sweeten them with fruits as apple, orange and or even carrots, you won't need to add sweeteners or sugar. You can look for recipes that will guide you in the process. I assure you that you will  love them as much  as I do :)

Keep in movement

Here we go again with the trite word: exercise. But as you may know well , being active is another basic part of your plan to support that figure.

The options - as you know - are endless: Yoga, Aerobics, Pilates, Zumba classes, Cycling, Swimming, Walking, and everything that comes to your mind. Only do the activity or activities that you are attracted to in order for you to feel enthusiast in returning to practice them, and of course, that are inside your margin of availability of time.

*Monitor your advance using the technology is in your favor. Now with the smart phones applications to measure your performance in practically any exercise that you do, it's much more entertaining to continue in the healthy way and to be optimistic on having seen how much you have achieved.

* Join to a group of persons who have the same
exercise habits as you and are enthusiasts; this way they will be able to support mutually, and why not, up to doing bets on whom has done better achievements! (And it's not that I'm suggesting you now to turn into a gambler) but this can be a good idea to keep your goal. Remember, the year has 365 days and look for motivation in this matter for each one of them, will take effort and  will power (until you turn it into a strong habit of course).

*Take Notes. If joining  a group of people who will  persuade you to incur in the games of bets is among your plans, then you can recording a diary your advances. Write down the experience that you are having, your advances and especially, write about how did you feel. This will serve you as an extra equipment support for the days in which you feel that you want to stay at home doing nothing. Simply check your previous notes and your previous achievements and that will encourage you to return.

* Prepare an action plan. This one probably looks like a very elaborated idea to you, but yes it has results. If you plan your activities of such form that you could visualize daily (keep your plan at sight, like stick it to the refrigerator or mirror in the bath) will give you more incentive to continuing it. Be flexible on changing your routine once in a while, this way you will sustain the levels of enthusiasm in high place. For example if this week you were running 2 miles each day, next week you could change this activity for cycling, playing tennis or any other.

Final Tips
You should not be suffering on being on a diet, or let's called keeping healthy eating habits. The doubts are going to come to you on the weekend when you see that you can't take that special dessert. Remember that is the reason why you are now on diet!

* Continue doing exercise and being active, I know it's hard to keep your goal, but it is necessary to try it, and little by little increasing the pace.

* Do not weigh in every day, do it every seven days and if it's possible always at the same hour and with a similar wardrobe (preferably in the morning before having breakfast). There are moments of the day in which we weigh more and you are going to take advantage of it as excuse to not continue.

Saying this I want to give you an extra advice, if you weaken … talk to the people that you are close to, for sure they will convince you to continue, since if you have taken the decision is because you really need to diet.

Finally I am going to leave two images for you, I know where you look is going to go away, do an exercise of responsibility and look at another side, if you manage to do this exercise often, surely you will achieve the goal …
